Rengoku II The Stairway to H.E.A.V.E.N – PSP Game

Rengoku II: The Stairway to H.E.A.V.E.N is an action dungeon crawler for the PSP. You control an artificial soldier working through the floors of a vast tower, fighting waves of mechanical enemies in real-time combat viewed from behind the character. The core of the game is customisation: your body is assembled from parts, with separate arms, legs and torso components that determine your attacks, defence and mobility. Parts are recovered from defeated enemies and found in the tower, then fitted and upgraded so your build changes considerably over the course of play. Floors are laid out as corridors and chambers with enemy encounters and item pickups, pushing you steadily upward. Progress mixes exploration with grinding for better components, and there is an emphasis on repeated runs to strengthen your soldier.
