Resident Evil Code Veronica X – PS2 Game

Code: Veronica X is a survival horror entry that follows Claire Redfield as she searches for her brother Chris and ends up imprisoned on a remote island facility run by Umbrella. Fully polygonal environments replace the pre-rendered backdrops of earlier games in the series, while keeping the fixed camera angles, limited ammunition and inventory management the games are known for. You explore locked-down buildings, solve key and puzzle-item problems, and fight zombies and other bio-organic weapons. Partway through, control shifts to Chris, and both siblings become entangled with the Ashford family. This PlayStation 2 release includes additional cutscene material not present in the original Dreamcast version. Item boxes, typewriter saves and defensive weapons all return, and combat rewards conserving resources rather than confronting every enemy.
