Rocky Balboa – PSP Game

A boxing game for PlayStation Portable tied to the Rocky film series, with content drawn from the later entries. You fight as Rocky Balboa and other boxers from the movies, trading jabs, hooks and uppercuts while blocking, dodging and watching your stamina over the course of a bout. Fights are won by knockout, stoppage or decision. Beyond single matches, the game offers a career-style progression in which you train your fighter between bouts to raise attributes before facing tougher opponents, plus head-to-head play against another PSP owner. Presentation borrows locations, music cues and character likenesses from the films. The handheld control scheme condenses punches and guarding onto the PSP’s face buttons and shoulder triggers.
