Rogue Ops – Gamecube Game

A third-person stealth action game for the Nintendo GameCube. You play a female operative sent into hostile locations on covert missions, relying on hiding, timing and quiet takedowns rather than open firefights. Levels are built around guard routes, cameras, alarms and locked routes, and you use cover, shadows, climbing and gadgets to slip past or eliminate opposition. Getting spotted brings reinforcements, so patience and observation are rewarded, though weapons are available when a fight cannot be avoided. Objectives include reaching targets, retrieving items and sabotaging equipment, with acrobatic movement letting you use vents, ledges and overhead routes. A plot involving terrorism and personal revenge frames the missions and links the various international settings together.
