Rumble Racing – PS2 Game

Rumble Racing is an arcade-style racer for PlayStation 2 that trades realistic handling for speed, big air and constant contact. You take stock-car-style vehicles around exaggerated American courses that run through countryside, coastline, industrial areas and city streets, with ramps, shortcuts and loops built into the routes. Pickups scattered around the track grant offensive and speed-boosting effects, so races often come down to timing a boost or shrugging off an attack on the final lap. Stunts performed off jumps feed back into your boost supply, encouraging you to hunt for airtime rather than take the tidiest line. Cars and events unlock as you progress through the single-player championships, and multiplayer lets a second player race on a split screen.
