Salt Lake 2002 – PS2 Game

Salt Lake 2002 is a winter sports game built around the officially licensed 2002 Winter Olympic Games. You compete in a spread of Olympic disciplines, with events drawn from areas such as alpine skiing, bobsled, luge, ski jumping and speed skating, each using its own control scheme for timing runs, steering and building speed. Athletes represent national teams, and you can chase medals in individual events or work through a broader Olympic campaign that tracks results across disciplines. Practice options let you learn the timing of a course before committing to a scored run, and multiplayer play passes control between competitors for head-to-head medal chases. Presentation follows the televised Olympic model, with venue backdrops and event introductions between runs.
