Sammy Sosa High Heat Baseball 2001 – PS1 Game

Sammy Sosa High Heat Baseball 2001 is a baseball simulation carrying Major League slugger Sammy Sosa as its cover athlete. The High Heat series builds its play around the pitcher-batter duel, so you choose pitch types and locations, work counts, and read deliveries as a hitter rather than relying on arcade-style swings. Fielding and base running are handled with directional and button controls once the ball is in play. Beyond exhibition games, you can run through a full season with statistics tracked across the schedule, manage rosters and lineups, and take teams into the postseason. Difficulty options adjust how much of the pitching, hitting and fielding you handle yourself. Two players can face off in head-to-head games on a single console.
