Seaman [Mic Bundle] – Sega Dreamcast Game

Seaman is a Dreamcast virtual pet game centred on a fish with a human face, and it is designed to be played with the Dreamcass Microphone that accompanies this bundle. You speak into the mic to converse with the creature, which listens, answers back, asks questions, and remembers details from earlier conversations. Care is the main activity: you monitor the tank temperature, provide food, keep the water clean, and check in as your Seaman passes through its life stages. Time moves in real time, so the game expects short, regular visits rather than long sessions. A narrator explains the creature’s biology and what it needs from you. The writing leans dry and sardonic, with the Seaman frequently commenting on you and on its own existence in ways that shape the game’s unusual tone.
