Serious Sam Next Encounter – Gamecube Game

Serious Sam Next Encounter is a console entry in the series, built as a first-person shooter about holding your own against large groups of enemies. As Sam Stone you fight through themed settings inspired by different periods and places, working across open courtyards, ruins and interiors while monsters charge in from multiple directions. Weapons escalate from basic firearms into heavy hardware, and health and ammunition pickups are placed frequently so the pace stays aggressive. Enemies include the charging screamers and lumbering brutes the series is known for, and levels are punctuated by larger boss fights. Secrets are hidden away from the main route for players who explore. Alongside the campaign the game includes multiplayer options for playing on the same console.
