Shadow of Rome – PlayStation 2

Shadow of Rome is a PlayStation 2 action-adventure game set during the 44 B.C. Roman Empire. The story follows the fallout from Caesar’s execution, mixing arena violence with investigation-focused missions tied to shattered family honor.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. The disc play surface is in nice condition.
• Gladiator combat centers on Agrippa, a soldier turned gladiator fighting through brutal arena battles.
• Character switching brings in Octavianus for information gathering and puzzle-solving missions.
• Chariot races add fast-paced melee sequences outside the standard arena combat.
• Ancient Rome serves as the main setting, with coliseums, political intrigue, and combat arenas shaping the game’s atmosphere.

The game blends two distinct play styles: heavy combat through Agrippa and stealthier investigation through Octavianus. Its Roman Empire setting gives the PS2 library a historical action title built around gladiators, chariots, and the aftermath of Caesar’s death.
