Shape Up – Xbox One

Shape Up is an Xbox One fitness video game built around Kinect motion-controlled workouts. Its arcade-style presentation transforms exercise routines into short challenges with exaggerated on-screen scenarios.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. The disc play surface is in nice condition.
• Fitness gameplay combines cardio, strength, and bodyweight exercises with score-based objectives.
• Xbox One Kinect is required to track movement and place the player’s image within each activity.
• Quick 90-second challenges provide focused workouts built around specific motions and exercises.
• Quest mode organizes activities into structured training programs with ongoing goals.
• Competitive challenges add head-to-head scoring to the exercise-focused gameplay.

Rather than following a conventional workout-video format, Shape Up uses Kinect tracking to present push-ups, squats, and other movements as interactive game events.
