Shooting Range is a light gun game for the Nintendo Entertainment System, played with the NES Zapper rather than a standard controller. You point the Zapper at the screen and fire at targets as they appear, working through shooting-gallery style rounds that ask for accuracy and quick reactions. Targets move and change position to keep you tracking across the play area, and missed shots cost you progress, so pacing your trigger pulls matters as much as raw speed. The presentation is simple and score-driven, in line with other Zapper titles of the era: short rounds, immediate feedback, and a focus on beating your own totals. A working Zapper and a compatible display are required, since light gun hardware relies on the timing of a CRT picture.
