Shrek 2 – Gamecube Game

Shrek 2 for the Nintendo GameCube is an action adventure based on the animated film. You move through levels as a small party of characters drawn from the movie and can switch between them at will, since each has different abilities needed to get past particular obstacles. Progress involves fighting enemies, collecting items and solving light environmental puzzles across stages that follow the general shape of the film’s story, linked by cutscenes. Areas are built for exploration on a modest scale, with hidden pickups to find and secondary objectives to complete. Several minigames are also included and can be played separately, some of them supporting more than one player locally. The game is pitched at younger players, with simple combat and forgiving platforming.
