Shrek 2 – Xbox Game

Shrek 2 for the original Xbox is an action adventure based on the animated film. You control a party of characters from the movie and switch between them during play, using their individual abilities to get past obstacles that only one of them can handle. Each level combines straightforward combat against fairy-tale enemies with platforming, item collecting and simple puzzles, and cutscenes between stages follow the outline of the film’s story. Environments are compact and encourage a bit of poking around for hidden pickups and optional objectives. The game also includes a set of minigames that can be played outside the main campaign, with local multiplayer available in some of them. Controls and difficulty are aimed at a family audience.
