Sniper Elite – Xbox Game

This is the Xbox version of Sniper Elite, a third-person tactical shooter set in Berlin during the final days of the Second World War in Europe. You take the role of a marksman working through the shattered city as German and Soviet forces clash, picking routes between rubble and ruined buildings to reach useful vantage points. The shooting model accounts for bullet drop, wind, breathing and heart rate, so scoped shots require you to read conditions and steady your aim. Loud shots attract enemies, so timing fire to coincide with artillery or moving after each kill helps you stay hidden. Pistols, submachine guns, grenades and trip mines handle closer threats, and ammunition must be scavenged as you go, which rewards careful positioning over open firefights.
