SOCOM US Navy Seals – PS2 Game

SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs is a tactical third-person shooter for the PlayStation 2 in which you lead a SEAL fireteam through military operations. Rather than acting alone, you direct teammates to move, hold position, cover angles and engage targets, giving orders with the controller or by speaking into the bundled USB headset, which recognises a fixed set of voice commands. Missions revolve around objectives like rescuing hostages, planting charges and neutralising enemy leaders, and enemies are dangerous enough that patience, cover and suppressed fire matter more than speed. You choose weapons and equipment for each operative before heading out. The game also features online multiplayer over the console’s network adaptor, with SEALs facing a mercenary team in objective rounds and headset voice chat between squadmates.
