Sonic Heroes – Xbox Game

Sonic Heroes is a 3D platformer in which you control a team of three characters at once. Each team has a speed, flight and power member, and swapping between them is central: speed types handle rails and homing attack chains, flight types carry the group upward and across gaps, and power types smash armoured enemies and blockages. There are four playable teams, led by Sonic, Shadow, Amy and Espio’s group, and each runs the same stage list with its own objectives and story scenes. Level design favours momentum, with loops, boost pads, pinball-like sections and long chase sequences, plus boss fights against Eggman’s machinery. Keys found in stages open special stages where you pursue Chaos Emeralds. Two-player modes let you race or fight using the team system.
