Sonic Mega Collection Plus – Xbox Game

Sonic Mega Collection Plus is the expanded edition of Sega’s Genesis Sonic compilation. It includes the numbered Genesis platformers, Sonic & Knuckles, Sonic 3D Blast, Sonic Spinball and the puzzle game Dr. Robotnik’s Mean Bean Machine, alongside a group of Sonic Game Gear titles added for this version. Everything is played through a front-end menu, with scanned manuals and artwork available to browse and additional Sega Genesis games that unlock as you spend time with the disc. The emulated platformers behave as the originals do: rings double as health, the spin dash and slope momentum drive Sonic’s speed, special stages hold the Chaos Emeralds, and each zone ends with a machine piloted by Dr. Robotnik. Multiple titles support two players in their original versus or co-operative forms.
