Sonic Riders – Gamecube Game

Sonic Riders is a racing game in which the cast competes on hoverboards and other Extreme Gear. Instead of a conventional fuel gauge, boards run on air, which is drained by boosting and refilled by performing tricks off ramps or drafting behind other racers. Characters are divided into Speed, Flight and Power types, each able to use particular shortcuts on a course: rail grinding, air rings or smashing through obstacles. Alongside the returning Sonic characters, the game introduces the Babylon Rogues, a rival crew of bird racers led by Jet the Hawk. There is a story mode told through cutscenes, plus time trials, tag battles and other race variants, and split-screen multiplayer for local play on the GameCube.
