Sonic Riders – PS2 Game

Sonic Riders is a racing game in which the cast competes on hoverboards and other Extreme Gear. Boards run on air rather than fuel: boosting and drifting drain the gauge, while tricks off ramps and drafting behind rivals refill it. Racers are split into Speed, Flight and Power types, and each type can take its own route through a course by grinding rails, flying through air rings or breaking through obstacles. The game introduces the Babylon Rogues, a rival team of bird racers led by Jet the Hawk, who compete against Sonic and friends across a story mode presented with cutscenes. Additional modes include time trials and race variants, and the PlayStation 2 version supports split-screen play for local multiplayer.
