Sonic Riders – Xbox Game

Sonic Riders is a racing game built around Extreme Gear hoverboards. Air, not fuel, powers the boards: boosting and turning sharply drain the meter, while performing tricks on ramps and drafting behind other racers top it back up. Characters fall into Speed, Flight and Power categories, and each category unlocks its own shortcut on every course, whether that means grinding rails, flying through rings of air or smashing through barriers. The story mode pits Sonic and his friends against the Babylon Rogues, a rival trio of bird racers led by Jet the Hawk, with cutscenes between events. Time trials and alternative race rules round out the single-player content, and the Xbox release includes split-screen multiplayer for playing locally.
