Sonic Spinball – Sega Game Gear

Sonic Spinball is a Sega Game Gear pinball video game starring Sonic the Hedgehog. The game sends Sonic into Dr. Robotnik’s volcano Veg-O-Fortress, mixing flipper-based table action with Sonic-style jumping, bouncing, and attacks.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Pinball gameplay centers on launching, flipping, and ricocheting Sonic through hazard-filled stages instead of traditional side-scrolling zones.
• Features 4 rounds of flipper action, including Toxic Caves, Lava Powerhouse, the Machine, and a final fight with Robotnik.
• Bonus Cages add extra challenge with rings to collect and harder Mystery Treasures to chase.
• Sonic battles Robotnik’s henchmen while trying to save captured friends from being turned into robots.

This Game Gear version brings the Sonic Spinball concept to Sega’s handheld library with compact stage layouts built around portable pinball play. Its named Veg-O-Fortress setting gives the game a distinct Robotnik fortress theme separate from the standard Sonic zone structure.
