Spyro Ripto’s Rage – PS1 Game

Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage is a 3D platformer in which Spyro is pulled into the world of Avalar, where the wizard Ripto has taken hold. From hub worlds you enter themed levels to help their inhabitants, collecting gems, talismans and orbs that are needed to open the way forward. Spyro charges, flames, glides and swims, and over the course of the game he learns new abilities such as climbing, swimming underwater and headbashing, which are paid for with gems and open up earlier areas. Many levels include side tasks and timed challenges that award orbs, alongside boss fights against Ripto and his henchmen. Sparx the dragonfly tracks health and collects gems, and supporting characters give guidance between stages.
