Star Wars Jedi Outcast – Gamecube Game

Set after the events of the original trilogy, this action game returns to Kyle Katarn, a mercenary and former Rebel agent who has set aside the Force. Early missions play as a first-person shooter with blasters and gadgets, but once Kyle reclaims his lightsaber the game shifts toward saber dueling, viewable in first or third person. Force powers are earned as you progress and split between offensive and defensive branches, so you can push and pull enemies, choke opponents, speed up your movement, or shield yourself. Levels mix corridor combat with platforming and switch puzzles across Imperial facilities, alien worlds and Jedi ruins. Enemies range from stormtroopers and mercenaries to lightsaber-wielding foes who parry and counter, requiring blocking and positioning rather than pure aim.
