Stranglehold – PlayStation 3

Stranglehold is a PlayStation 3 action-adventure game from Midway Games built around cinematic gunplay and explosive set pieces. It features John Woo-style shootouts with slow-motion Tequila Time and real-time environmental destruction.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. The disc play surface is in nice condition.
• Play as Inspector Tequila, the character from John Woo’s film Hard Boiled starring Chow Yun-Fat.
• Tequila Time slows the action for stylized dives, precision shooting, and movie-inspired combat sequences.
• Destructible environments let gunfights tear through cover, scenery, and surrounding objects during combat.
• The gameplay focuses on fast third-person shooting rather than stealth or cover-based pacing.
• Online play supports competitive gun battles over broadband connection when service access is available.

Supported HD video output includes 720p and 1080i on PlayStation 3. The game’s Hard Boiled connection gives it a specific place in John Woo’s action-film universe rather than a standalone crime shooter premise.
