Suikoden IV – PS2 Game

Suikoden IV is a turn-based role-playing game for PlayStation 2 set across an island region, where you play a young islander bound to the Rune of Punishment. Much of the game involves travel by sea, with your ship serving as a mobile base that can be expanded as characters join you. Party battles are fought with four characters using runes for magic and combination attacks, and the game also features naval combat in which fleets face off on the water. The series’ recruitment system returns, with 108 Stars of Destiny to find and bring aboard, many of whom run shops, provide services, or fill out your crew. The story deals with the politics of the island nations and the burden carried by the bearer of the Rune of Punishment.
