Summoner

Summoner: A Goddess Reborn is the GameCube release of the second Summoner game. You play as Maia, a queen drawn into a conflict rooted in ancient powers, leading a party of companions through settlements, ruins and enemy-held ground. Battles play out in real time as you control one character directly and switch between party members, using melee attacks, magic and special abilities. Maia can transform into alternate forms that change her fighting style, and these transformations are central to both combat and the story. Between fights you manage equipment, levelling and abilities for your party, and progress through dialogue-heavy story scenes that advance the plot. Exploration includes obstacles and puzzle elements alongside the combat encounters, giving the game a mix of action and traditional role-playing structure.
