Super Mario World 2

Super Mario World 2: Yoshi’s Island is a Super Nintendo action-adventure platform game starring Yoshi. This sequel to Super Mario World follows Yoshi as he carries Baby Mario across Yoshi’s Island while evading Kamek, traps, and enemy minions.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Side-scrolling platforming mixes running, jumping, egg-throwing, object manipulation, and puzzle-like stage challenges.
• The adventure is built around 6 worlds, with 8 stages in each world.
• Kamek serves as the main threat, sending enemies and hazards after Yoshi and Baby Mario.
• Morphmation effects add scaling, rotation, and 360-degree scrolling to the Super Nintendo presentation.
• Large character sprites and oversized boss encounters emphasize timing and quick reactions.

The game introduced Yoshi in a leading role within the Super Mario series rather than as Mario’s mount. Its structure connects directly back to Super Mario World while shifting the focus to Baby Mario, Kamek, and Yoshi’s egg-based abilities.
