The Bigs – PS2 Game

The Bigs is an arcade-style baseball game using Major League Baseball teams and players, built for fast games rather than simulation depth. Player models are exaggerated and animations are oversized, with towering home runs, diving catches, and dramatic pitching sequences. Turbo and power meters let you push a swing, a throw, or a pitch beyond normal limits, and successful plays build momentum that can be spent for bigger results. Games are shorter than a full sim, with simplified pitching and batting inputs. Alongside exhibition play, the PlayStation 2 version includes a career-style mode in which you take a created player through the ranks, plus side challenges built around home run hitting. Multiplayer head-to-head play on one console is supported.
