The Suffering Ties That Bind – PS2 Game

The Suffering: Ties That Bind continues Torque’s story on PlayStation 2, moving the action from Carnate Island to the streets, tunnels and derelict buildings of Baltimore. You again fight through waves of monsters in third-person combat that mixes firearms with melee attacks, scavenging ammunition and supplies as you explore. Torque can still transform into a powerful creature form for a limited period, and the morality system returns, with your choices toward the people you encounter shaping story scenes and the ending you reach. This entry adds human enemies alongside the supernatural ones, including armed gangs, and digs further into Torque’s past and the events surrounding the death of his family. Flashbacks and hallucinations continue to blur what is real as the story progresses.
