Tomb Raider Chronicles – PS1 Game

Tomb Raider Chronicles is told as a series of flashbacks, with Lara Croft’s friends recalling past adventures after her apparent disappearance. Each recollection forms its own block of levels with a distinct setting, including Rome, a Russian naval operation involving a submarine, and an episode with a younger Lara on an Irish island, plus a modern infiltration of a heavily guarded high-tech building. Play follows the established formula: grid-based platforming, ledge grabbing, swimming, switch and block puzzles, traps, and auto-aimed gunplay. The varied settings bring different equipment and approaches, with stealth-oriented gadgets in the corporate levels and supernatural threats elsewhere. Health is restored with medipacks, and secrets are tucked away for players who explore each area thoroughly.
