Tomb Raider III – PS1 Game

Tomb Raider III sends Lara Croft after four artifacts linked to a meteorite, with locations including the jungles of India, the Nevada desert, the South Pacific, London and Antarctica. After the opening area you can tackle several of the destinations in the order you prefer. The familiar structure of climbing, jumping, swimming, switch puzzles and trap-filled corridors returns, joined by new moves such as sprinting, crawling and a monkey-swing along overhead bars. Vehicles including a quad bike and a kayak appear in some levels. Lighting plays a bigger role, with flares needed in dark areas, and levels tend toward dense, branching layouts. Weapons range from Lara’s pistols to a rocket launcher, and medipacks and save crystals manage survival.
