Tomb Raider Underworld – PS2 Game

Tomb Raider: Underworld on PlayStation 2 is a third-person action-adventure that sends Lara Croft across widely separated parts of the world in an investigation rooted in Norse mythology and the search for Avalon. Environments include submerged ruins, jungle temples and frozen locations, each built around large structures to climb and study. Traversal covers jumping, ledge hanging, pole swinging, diving and underwater swimming, with a grapple used to pull objects and swing across gaps. Puzzles are physical, involving machinery, movable weights and flooding or draining chambers, while combat handles both wildlife and armed opponents. Lara also carries gear such as a light source and a camera-style device for examining her surroundings. This PS2 version is a scaled-down build of the adventure released on newer hardware.
