Tourist Trophy – PS2 Game

Tourist Trophy is a motorcycle racing simulator for the PlayStation 2, built by the team behind the Gran Turismo series and using the same technical foundation. You buy and tune licensed road and racing motorcycles from a range of manufacturers, then take them onto circuits for time trials, license tests and race events. Riding is modelled in detail: the rider shifts weight in the saddle, braking and cornering lines matter, and losing traction can throw you off. Progression comes from earning licenses and prize money to unlock further bikes and events. There is a photo mode for capturing machines and tracks, and an extensive garage of parts for adjusting suspension, gearing and tyres. Presentation is clean and understated, with an emphasis on machinery and riding technique rather than arcade spectacle.
