Unreal II The Awakening – Xbox Game

Unreal II: The Awakening is a story-driven first-person shooter set in the Unreal universe. You play a Terran Colonial Authority marine sent to investigate incidents on a series of frontier worlds, travelling between missions aboard your ship and speaking with a small crew between deployments. Levels move through varied environments, from industrial installations to open alien landscapes, and mix firefights against human and non-human enemies with occasional objective and defense sequences. Weapons range from conventional rifles to alien armaments with secondary fire modes. Unlike the Unreal Tournament games, the focus here is on a linear single-player campaign with cutscenes and dialogue rather than arena multiplayer. This Xbox version adapts the controls and presentation for console play on a gamepad.
