Virtua Cop – Sega Saturn Game

Virtua Cop is a light gun shooter converted from the arcade to the Sega Saturn. The action is on rails, moving you automatically through 3D environments while armed criminals appear from doorways, vehicles and windows. You aim and fire at targets on screen, reload by shooting off screen, and lose health if you are hit or if you shoot a civilian. A targeting indicator shrinks around each enemy as they prepare to fire, giving you a visual cue for which threats are most urgent. Stages branch in places, and boss encounters cap off the routes. The game supports the Virtua Gun peripheral as well as standard controller play, and includes a training mode for shooting practice at static and moving targets.
