Virtual-On Oratorio Tangram – Sega Dreamcast Game

Cyber Troopers Virtual-On: Oratorio Tangram is a mech arena fighter for the Sega Dreamcast, following on from the earlier Virtual-On. You control a Virtuaroid in a 3D arena against one opponent, circling, dashing and jumping while firing ranged weapons and closing in for melee attacks. Each machine carries a main weapon, a secondary weapon and a close-combat option, with attacks changing form depending on your movement and distance from the target. Positioning matters as much as aim, since dash-cancelling and use of cover shape most exchanges. The game includes single-player play against a series of computer opponents and a versus mode for two players. Twin-stick controls are supported for players who want the arcade input scheme, and the standard Dreamcast controller is also usable.
