Warcraft II The Dark Saga – PS1 Game

Warcraft II: The Dark Saga is a console conversion of Blizzard’s fantasy real-time strategy game, combining the original Tides of Darkness campaign with the Beyond the Dark Portal expansion. You play both the human Alliance and the orcish Horde across separate campaigns, harvesting gold and lumber, constructing bases, training troops and researching upgrades before sending armies against enemy settlements. Alongside ground forces there are naval battles and air units, plus spellcasters with abilities that can turn engagements. The interface has been reworked for a controller, with the D-pad and buttons handling unit selection, orders and the build menus that were designed for a mouse. Missions are briefed with story text and follow the conflict between the two factions across land and sea, ending in large-scale assaults on fortified positions.
