Adventures of Rad Gravity – NES Game

The Adventures of Rad Gravity is an action platformer for the NES. You play as Rad Gravity, a space adventurer who travels between planets in his ship to locate and reactivate the Compumind computers. From an on-board star map you choose which world to visit, and each planet is a side-scrolling stage with its own theme, enemies and hazards, from caves and jungles to mechanical complexes. Rad fights with a swung weapon and gains additional gear and abilities as you progress, including tools that open up areas you could not reach before, so revisiting earlier planets is part of the game. Levels involve platform jumping, teleporter puzzles and boss fights. The tone is comic science fiction, with cartoonish alien enemies and a wisecracking hero.
