Magical Drop – Gameboy Color Game

Magical Drop is a fast falling-block puzzle game on Game Boy Color. Columns of colored balloons hang from the top of the playfield and push steadily downward. Your character stands at the bottom and can pull one or more matching balloons out of a column, carry them sideways, and throw them back up into another column. Grouping three or more of a color clears them, and well-planned throws set off chain reactions that clear large sections at once. The pressure comes from the ceiling: let the stacks reach the bottom and the round ends. Modes include single-player play against AI opponents, where clearing balloons sends garbage to your rival’s side, and versus play with the screen split between two competitors.
