Battletoads and Double Dragon The Ultimate Team – NES Game

Battletoads and Double Dragon: The Ultimate Team is a crossover side-scrolling beat ’em up on NES that combines the casts of both series. You choose from the toads and the Lee brothers, each with their own moves, and fight through stages together in one or two-player play. The toads bring their exaggerated transforming attacks, while the Double Dragon characters fight with more conventional martial arts strikes and can use weapons picked up along the way. Stages take you through ships, corridors and outdoor areas, with enemies arriving in waves and bosses appearing at the end of sections. Some levels break from straight brawling with movement-based hazards and set pieces. The difficulty stays demanding, as in the Battletoads games.
