Cybernator – SNES Game

Cybernator is a side-scrolling run-and-gun game in which you pilot an armored mech through a war fought across Earth orbit and beyond. Your suit is deliberately heavy: it walks and turns slowly, uses thruster boosts for limited flight, and aims a vulcan cannon in eight directions while a shield absorbs fire from the front. Punching does heavy damage up close, and additional weapons such as homing missiles and a charged laser are unlocked as you advance. Stages mix ground assaults, zero-gravity sections and multi-stage boss fights against rival mechs and capital ships, with an energy bar and weapon heat to manage rather than instant deaths. Between missions, briefings and story scenes carry a military science-fiction plot about resource conflict, giving the action a somber framing.
