Klax – Gameboy Color Game

A puzzle game for the Game Boy Color. Coloured tiles tumble down a conveyor belt toward you, and you move a paddle left and right to catch them and stack them, then drop them into the bin below. Matching three or more of the same colour in a row, column, or diagonal clears them as a “klax.” Each wave sets a different objective, such as clearing a set number of klaxes, scoring a target amount, or surviving a fixed number of tiles, and the belt speeds up as you progress. Letting tiles fall past you or overfilling the bin costs you, so the game becomes a balance between clearing quickly and holding tiles back for a better combination.
