Klax – Gameboy Game

A puzzle game for the Game Boy. Tiles roll down a conveyor belt toward the screen and you slide a paddle back and forth to catch them, holding a small stack before dropping them into the bin below. Lining up three or more matching tiles horizontally, vertically, or diagonally clears them as a “klax.” Waves each set their own goal, such as making a certain number of klaxes, reaching a score, or surviving the tiles on the belt, and the pace increases as you advance. Dropped tiles and an overfilled bin both work against you, so play involves deciding when to clear immediately and when to hold a tile back for a bigger combination.
