Pac-Man [Namco] – NES Game

This is a home conversion of the Pac-Man arcade game for the Nintendo Entertainment System. You steer Pac-Man through a single-screen maze, eating every dot while four ghosts chase you. Touching a ghost costs a life, but the four power pellets in the maze corners briefly turn the ghosts blue so you can eat them for extra points, with each ghost eaten during one pellet worth more than the last. Fruit appears near the center of the maze at intervals for bonus points, and clearing the dots moves you on to the next round, where the ghosts move faster and the power pellet effect gets shorter. Play is a single-life-at-a-time score chase built around learning ghost patterns and safe routes.
