Powerpuff Girls Paint the Townsville Green – Gameboy Color Game

A Game Boy Color action game licensed from the Cartoon Network series. You control the Powerpuff Girls as they fly and fight through side-scrolling stages set in and around Townsville, punching enemies, taking on bosses drawn from the show, and using super strength and flight to get past hazards. The small screen presentation uses simplified sprite versions of the characters and colourful backdrops, with short text scenes framing the story between levels. Controls are kept simple, with attacks and movement handled by the handheld’s two buttons, and stages are built for shorter play sessions. One of several Powerpuff Girls titles released for Nintendo handhelds, each with its own story premise and set of levels. Suitable for younger players and fans of the cartoon.
