Super R.C. Pro-Am – Gameboy Game

Super R.C. Pro-Am is an overhead-view racing game for Game Boy in which you drive radio-controlled cars around twisting circuits. The camera sits above the track and scrolls as you race, so cornering means anticipating turns that come into view quickly. Scattered across the courses are pickups that improve your vehicle’s engine, tyres and handling, along with weapons such as missiles and bombs that you can use on rival cars. Hazards on the road surface will slow or wreck you if you clip them. Finishing high enough in a race lets you continue to the next event, with the competition getting quicker as you advance. Play is single-player, with the emphasis on learning track layouts and grabbing upgrades before your opponents reach them.
