Super Street Fighter II – SNES Game

Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers brings Capcom’s expanded arcade revision to the Super Nintendo. The roster grows beyond the familiar World Warriors with the addition of Cammy, Fei Long, Dee Jay and T. Hawk, each with distinct special moves and their own stage. Fights play out over best-of-three rounds using six attack buttons, mapped across the SNES pad’s face and shoulder buttons. You can work through the single-player ladder toward the boss fighters or play head-to-head against a second player. The update includes redrawn and expanded character animation, tweaked move properties, new attacks for returning fighters and an updated presentation with revised music and voice samples. The core play remains the same: managing distance, blocking and countering, and executing motion and charge inputs to land specials and finish rounds.
