Treasure Master – NES Game

Treasure Master is an action-platform game for the Nintendo Entertainment System. You guide a character through side-scrolling stages filled with hazards, enemies and hidden items, jumping across platforms and using collected tools and weapons to clear obstacles. The levels move through a series of distinct environments, each with its own layout and dangers, and progress depends on locating the right items and reaching the exit within the challenge of limited lives. The game is remembered for its tie-in to a timed nationwide contest, in which players who reached a certain point could enter a code during a specific window to access extra content and compete for prizes. Played today, it stands as a fairly demanding platformer with a mix of exploration and combat.
