Rush’n Attack – NES Game

Rush’n Attack is the NES version of Konami’s side-scrolling arcade action game. You control a lone soldier who advances on foot from left to right through military installations, forests and industrial areas, armed only with a knife at the start. Enemy troops attack in waves on multiple ground levels, and defeating certain soldiers leaves behind temporary weapons such as ranged pickups that give you a brief advantage. A single hit kills you, so timing your stabs and learning enemy patterns matters more than reflexive charging. Each stage ends with a tougher confrontation before you press on to the next area, and prisoners of war are the goal of your infiltration. Two players can take turns, and the difficulty stays high throughout.
